We anticipate hiring for the following positions as soon as we can:

• Director of Financial Solutions (Successful track record of providing Client Advisory Services and at least 2 years people leader experience)

• Director of Business Solutions (strong IT background, excellent people skills)

• Senior Accountant (4 year degree, 2-4 years experience, CPA preferred)

• Staff Accountant (4 year degree and CPA eligible credit hours in your state or 2 year degree with 5+ years experience in bookkeeping)

Perks:

• Fully remote position.   Flexible schedule within reason.  First and second round interviews video chat.  Final round interviews will be in person in your area.

• Leave the tax deadlines behind.  We expect 45 hour weeks from the 1st-15th each month (month close) and 35 hour weeks from the 16th - 31st. Client deliverables and needs withstanding. No month close PTO blackout as long as cross-training covers client needs. 

• Opportunity for rapid growth and ownership potential

• Healthcare and 401k will be in place.  Profit sharing plan implemented ASAP.

• Some travel (less than one week per month) is anticipated of most Senior and Director positions

• Must be available for annual company culture-building retreat.
