Joseph Minich, CPA

Joe didn’t take the typical path to business advisory work.

Before launching Ridgeline Business Solutions in 2021, Joe spent nearly a decade at a regional CPA firm primarily in audit practice, leaving in 2020 to lead the finance department of a high-growth SaaS startup.

Joe has also built a successful landscaping and environmental restoration business, which led to the creation of The Real Grind, in-person, operations x financial consulting engagements.

Today, Joe leads Ridgeline Business Solutions as a hands-on partner to businesses navigating growth, transition, or operational complexity, combining financial rigor with real-world operating experience.

No guru-fluff, no condescension, no ideas without execution. Just actionable, boots on the ground, in the weeds support to help leaders run better operations and build a generational business.

When he’s not working with clients or on the job site, you’ll probably find him outside—in the woods, on the water, or with his family.
