We get to know each other, get access to everything we need, and complete a Fix My Books Sprint, so we can hit the ground running.
Phase 2: Fieldwork
We pack our gear and come join the crew. Together, we dive deep, a week long sprint, working on your business as well as in your business. All of it.
Phase 3: Wrapup
We provide a detailed report of our findings and schedule a series of follow up calls to track your progression on takeaways, implementations, and goals.
Phase 4: Support
This is just the beginning. Most go on to become lifelong business partners via our ongoing CFO/Controller fractional services.
